1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Cream

Method for making Fettuccine Alla Panna
|
|
Put butter and cream in wide shallow serving bowl in warm (200 degree F.) oven. When butter has melted stir in 2/3 of the cheese. When pasta is al dente, toss with sauce, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
