Quick Oyster Pickup


Features of Quick Oyster Pickup

Served as main course. Non-vegetarian dish.

Ingredients for Quick Oyster Pickup   (Click here for measurement conversion)

1 Can Oysters (fresh or frozen), (12 oz.)

2 Cup Oyster Liquor and Water

1 Pkg. Cream of Leek Soup mix (1 3/4 oz.)

1 Cup Milk

1 Tablespoon chopped Parsley

Method for making Quick Oyster Pickup

Thaw frozen oysters. Drain oysters, reserving liquor. Add oyster liquor and water to soup mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, stirring occasionally. Add oysters and heat 3 to 5 minutes longer or until edges of oysters begin to curl. Sprinkle with parsley.
