5 Dozen small Oysters
1 Cup Water
1 Cup White Vinegar
1/4 Cup mixed Spices
4 Medium Onions

Method for making Pickled Oysters
|
|
Boil oysters 20 minutes and drain. Boil water, vinegar and spices; strain and pour over oysters. Add the sliced onion and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
