3 Dozen Oyster shells
3 Dozen Oysters
1 Clove Garlic
Hot Sauce
8 Strips Bacon
Cats-up

Method for making Oysters Fitzpatrick
|
|
Rub well dried out oyster shells with clove of garlic. Put a drop of hot sauce in shell. Add 1 large or 2 small oysters. Top with 1-inch piece of bacon, and add dash of cats-up. Broil 15 minutes in a 350 degrees oven. Serves 2, using 1 dozen oysters a piece.
