1 1/2 cup No Yolks Egg Noodle substitute
1 cup frozen mixed Vegetables, thawed
10 3/4 oz low-fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup fat-free Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup skim Milk
1/2 cup fat-free Sour Cream
6 oz Chicken in Water, drained and flaked

Cook egg noodle substitute according to package directions. In a 2-quart casserole dish, combine soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, and sour cream. Mix well. Stir in noodles, vegetables, and chicken. Mix well. Microwave, covered, on high for 10 minutes, or until heated through, stirring once. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Microwave, on high, for 2 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
