2 Cup Beef, diced

1/2 Cup Onion, diced

1/2 Cup Celery, diced

1 Pkg. favorite frozen Vegetable

1 Pkg. Ramen Noodles plus Beef flavor packet

1 Cup Water

Method for making Chinese Beef And Vegetable Casserole

Brown beef and remove. Brown onion and celery. Add frozen vegetables, noodles and flavor packet. Cover, simmer 5 minutes. Add beef and soy sauce, if desired. Serve.
