2 lb Steamed Mussels Chilled and on half shells
1 cup Mayonnaise
3 Tablespoon Capers
1 teaspoon Tabasco
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Method for making Chilled Mussels With Caper Mayonnaise

Combine mayonnaise, capers, Tabasco and lemon juice. Dollop mussels with caper mayonnaise and serve with parsley garnish if desired.
