Ingredients for Alligator Balls   (Click here for measurement conversion)

1 lb chopped Alligator Meat

1 Egg

2 Tablespoons finely chopped Onions

2 Tablespoons finely chopped Celery

1 Tablespoon finely chopped Parsley

2 Tablespoons chopped Shallots

2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 cup Breadcrumbs

Flour, to dredge

1 cup cooking Oil

Method for making Alligator Balls

Combine all ingredients and form into 1 inch balls. Allow to set for 1 hour. Dredge with flour and fry until brown.

Preparation time: 1 hour

Cooking time: 1 1/4 hours

Yields: 1 Plate
