Ingredients for All Seasons Marinade (Click here for measurement conversion)

3/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Red Wine or Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons ground Mustard
2 Tablespoons Parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Garlic Cloves, minced

Method for making All Seasons Marinade
|
|
In a container with a tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients and shake well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Add desired amount of marinade to choice of meat in large resealable plastic bag and marinate at least 8 hours, preferrably overnight. Cook meat as desired and discard extra marinade.
