Sweet And Sour Lamb Chops


Features of Sweet And Sour Lamb Chops

Served as main course. Non-vegetarian dish.

Ingredients for Sweet And Sour Lamb Chops   (Click here for measurement conversion)

2 cups Onions, thinly sliced

4 Tablespoons Butter

1/2 cup Cream De Menthe

1/2 cup Cider or Red Wine Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Sugar

1 cup Beef Broth

4 teaspoons Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Rosemary

6 Lamb Chops, depending on size

Method for making Sweet And Sour Lamb Chops

Place onions and butter in the slow cooker; set on low and cook for 2 to 3 hours. Add Crème de menthe, vinegar, sugar and lemon juice; Stir and cook until mixture looks syrupy, about half an hour. Stir in beef broth and rosemary and simmer on low for 4 hours.
