2 Cup Lamb, cooked and cubed
1 4 Oz. Can Mushrooms
2 Cup Meat Stock
1 16 Oz. Can Tomatoes
2 Cup Onions, chopped
Salt And Pepper
3 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Cup Rice, uncooked
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Method for making Lamb Casserole
|
|
Heat lamb, mushrooms, stock, tomatoes, and onions for 15 minutes over low heat. Do not boil. Season with salt and pepper. Brown rice in frying pan with butter. Combine rice and lamb mixture in buttered casserole. Bake, covered at 350° for 40 minutes or more.
