Lamb - 450 gm
Butter - 50 gm
Onion - 1 big, chopped
Raisins - 50 gm
Green pepper - 1, sliced
Dessicated coconut - 50 gm
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste

Method for making Kashmiri Lamb

|
Chop the lamb into pieces, each of length 5 cm. Heat butter in a pan and fry onion and raisins until the onion turns brown. Add lamb pieces and fry for some more time. Lower heat, cover the pan and cook the lamb for 30-35 minutes. Check whether the lamb is tender and the gravy is thick. Add all other ingredients and fry for some more minutes. Fry until the green peppers are crispy. Serve hot with any Indian rice or bread item.
