2 bananas, sliced
1/2 cup instant dry milk
1 cup plain yoghurt
6 oz frozen orange juice
1 cup water

Method of cooking "Banana Push-Ups"

Combine all ingredients in a blender and whirl until foamy.
Pour into paper cups and freeze.
Push up from the bottom of the cup.
