Ripe pear - 500 gm
Sugar - 400 gm
Water - as needed

Method for making Guava Jelly
|
|
Slice the guavas in small pieces and remove the seeds. Heat water in a deep pan and cook the guavas until tender. Filter out the liquid part. Take sugar and water in a pan and boil until a thick consistency is obtained. Add cooked guava to the pan and mix well. Bring to boil and let the jelly cook over medium heat. When the jelly thickens remove the pan from heat. Allow the jelly to cool down. Store in a clean air-tight container.
