3 cups crushed Strawberries
3 Kiwi Fruit, peeled and diced
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon minced Crystallized Ginger
1 package powdered Pectin
5 cups Sugar
Method of cooking "Strawberry Kiwifruit Jam"
Combine strawberries, kiwi fruit, lemon juice, ginger, and pectin in a large sauce-pot. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring frequently. Add sugar and return to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil hard 1 minute. Remove from heat. Skim foam if necessary. Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Adjust caps. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
