Served as main course. Non-vegetarian dish.

1 (14 oz) can sliced Mushrooms, drained

1/3 cup Butter or Margarine

1/3 cup All-purpose Flour

2 1/2 cups Milk

1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

Dash ground Red Pepper

2 cups chopped cooked Chicken

2 cups chopped cooked Ham

2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen Puff Pastry Shells, baked

Paprika

Melt margarine in Crock-Pot; stir in flour. Stir in remaining ingredients with the exception of the pastry shells and paprika. Cook on Low until thickened, stirring after every hour. Ready to serve after 2 1/2 hours. Bake pastry shells as directed on package. Spoon chicken and ham medley into pastry shells and sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately.
