Features of Orange Mint Salsa

Oranges - 2, peeled, seeded and chopped

Kiwi fruit - 3, peeled and finely chopped

Fresh mint - 1/4 cup, snipped

Red onion - 1/4 cup, minced

Orange zest - 1 teaspoon, grated

Salt - to taste

Method for making Orange Mint Salsa

Stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve chilled or room temperature.
