2 Apples; cut in bite-size chu
2 Tablespoon Snipped Dates
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup Apple Juice
2 Tablespoon Raspberry all-fruit Spread
1/4 cup Reduced-fat Granola

Method for making Baked Breakfast Apples
|
|
In two individual casseroles combine the apples and dates. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour apple juice over apple mixture. Bake, covered, in a 350 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or till apples are slightly tender. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat all-fruit spread till melted. Drizzle fruit spread over apple mixture and sprinkle with granola. Serve warm.
