Cajun seasoning - as needed
Oil - little amount

Method for making Spicy Salmon
|
|
Rinse salmon and pat dry using kitchen paper. Dust all sides of salmon with cajun seasoning. Heat oil, sear salmon on all sides for ½ minute. Reduce heat and continue to cook in pan for 8 minutes. Alternatively transfer salmon to a baking tray. Then place in pre-heated oven (200 C or 400 F or Gas 5) for 8 minutes. Serve with baked or boiled potatoes, vegetables or choice of salad.
