Quick Catfish Fillets


Features of Quick Catfish Fillets

Served as main course. Non-vegetarian.

Ingredients for Quick Catfish Fillets   (Click here for measurement conversion)

1/3 cup All-purpose Flour

1 pinch Salt to taste

1 pinch Pepper to taste

4 (each 6 oz) fillets Catfish

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

0.25 cup Oyster Sauce

Method for making Quick Catfish Fillets

In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the catfish fillets in the flour mixture to coat lightly. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the catfish fillets for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Reduce heat to medium-low, and brush fillets with oyster sauce. Cover skillet, and continue cooking for 5 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
