0.5 cup Dressing
2 teaspoons Creole Seasoning
2 lb Catfish fillets
1 cup crushed Corn Flakes
0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Method for making Oven Fried Catfish
|
|
Mix dressing and seasoning. Coat fish with the mixture. Coat fish with combined crushed corn flakes and cheese. Place fish in 15 x 10x 1-inch baking pan. Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish is tender (check with a fork).
