Mackerel fillets - 4
Orange juice - 4 Tablespoons
Lemon juice - 2 Tablespoons
Lime juice - 2 Tablespoons
Olive Oil - 4 Tablespoons

Method for making Mackerel with Citrus Dressing
|
|
Pre-heat grill. Grill fish skin side up under a medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Whisk all the juices and the olive oil together. Place the mackerel on a plate and drizzle with citrus dressing. Serve with grilled peppers and potatoes or salad.
