For the halibut
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon minced Garlic
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 lb Halibut Steaks
For the Capellini
8 ounces Capellini, uncooked
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Lime Zest
1/8 teaspoon fresh Pepper
2 Tablespoons Cilantro, chopped

Method for making Chili,Lime Broiled Halibut With Cilantro Capellini
|

To prepare halibut:- Combine lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, and salt. Mix well. Spray broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place fish on pan and brush with lime juice mixture. Broil 6 minutes. Turn fish, brush with lime juice mixture and broil until cooked through. For capellini:- Cook pasta according to directions on package. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add pasta to bowl and toss.
