Baked Lemon Haddock


Features of Baked Lemon Haddock

Served as main course. Non-vegetarian dish.

Ingredients for Baked Lemon Haddock   (Click here for measurement conversion)

2 pounds Haddock Fillets

1 cup seasoned dry Bread Crumbs

1/4 cup Butter or Margarine, melted

2 Tablespoons dried Parsley Flakes

2 teaspoons grated Lemon peel

1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder

Method for making Baked Lemon Haddock

Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Place in a greased 11x7x2″ baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with Orange and Onion Salad and Harvard Beets.
