3 lb Flounder
6 Tablespoon Butter, melted
2 Tablespoon Onions, browned, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, mince/browned
2 Tablespoon Parsley
1/4 cup Wine, dry white
1 Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Flour

Method for making Baked Flounder With Sauce
|
|
Place fish in baking dish or pan. Prepare a sauce by browning garlic, onion in melted butter. When brown, add parsley, wine and lemon juice. Blend sauce. Pour sauce over fish; sprinkle with salt, pepper, flour. Bake covered 10 min. at 375 Degrees. Uncover, basting with melted butter and dry white wine. Bake (ten minutes more or until done to taste.
