Aloha Salmon


Features of Aloha Salmon

Served as main course. Non-vegetarian dish. Speciality: Low Cholesterol, Low Sat. Fat, Low Calorie, Reduced Carbs diet.

Ingredients for Aloha Salmon   (Click here for measurement conversion)

1 (15 1/2 ounce) can Salmon, drained and flaked

2 Tomatoes, chopped

1 Cucumber, peeled,seeded and diced

2 Green Onions, chopped

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

1 Tablespoon minced Garlic

1 Tablespoon Black Pepper

Method for making Aloha Salmon

Combine all ingredients and chill until serving. Serve on a lettuce cup.
