6 Hard boiled Eggs
3 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Chutney, drain and chop
1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Onion
2 teaspoon Curry powder
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Method for making Chutney Stuffed eggs
|
|
Halve the eggs lengthwise; scoop yolks into a small bowl. Mash yolk throughly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well and refill whites. Garnish with chopped green onion.
