Chili Brunch


Features of Chili Brunch

Served as breakfast. Vegetarian dish.

Ingredients for Chili Brunch   (Click here for measurement conversion)

12 Eggs

1/3 cup All-purpose Flour

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Salt or to taste

1 teaspoon Pepper or to taste

4 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 cups Cottage Cheese

1 (4 ounce) can mild Chilies, diced

1/2 cup melted Butter

Method for making Chili Brunch

In a large bowl mix all of the above ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight if desired. Bake in a 350F oven for 45 minutes. Serve with a tablespoon of mild salsa and sour cream on top.
