1/2 Banana, Cut Into Chunks

1/2 cup Orange Juice, Fresh

3 Tablespoon Low Fat Yogurt

Method for making Strawberry Banana Breakfast Shake

Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. 85 calories per serving.
