1 Banana (Frozen and peeled)
3 Tablespoons Orange Juice concentrate
3 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream or frozen Yogurt
1/3 cup Water

Method for making Pumpkin Milkshake
|
|
Cut up your frozen Banana. Put the rest of the ingredients in the blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into glasses.
