3 cups Cranberry Juice
3 cups Apple cider
1 Tablespoon grated fresh Ginger
1 teaspoon whole Allspice or 1/2 tsp ground Allspice
Method of cooking "Mulled Cranberry Cider"
In large saucepan, combine cranberry juice, cider, ginger and allspice. Cover and bring slowly to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes; strain. Serve hot.
