Plain yoghurt - 2½ cups
Sugar - 6 Tablespoons
Nut crumbs - 2 Tablespoons
Raisins - 1 Tablespoon
Pistachio crumbs - 1 Tablespoons
Crushed ice - 2½ cups

Method for making Lassi
|
|
Add sugar to the yoghurt and mix in a mixer until the sugar dissolves completely. Add crushed ice to the yoghurt and mix well (manually) until the ice melts. Put yoghurt back to the mixer and keep blending until the yoghurt is beaten smoothly. Add raisins and mix well. Pour some amount of lassi in each glass, add few nut and pistachio crumbs on the top and serve.
