1 cup 2% low-fat Milk
1 Avocado
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Ice

Method for making Avocado Milkshake
|
|
Mix everything in a blender until smooooooth. If you want it thicker, add more ice, if you really like vanilla, add more. This is a very flexible recipe and really satisfying.
