1 Banana, can be frozen
1 Peach, skinned and quartered
1 (18 ounce) container Plain Yogurt
1 Ice Cube

Method for making August Fruit Elixir
|
|
If banana is frozen, cut up and use a a food processor; if not frozen, you may use a blender. Put all ingredients in either a blender or a food processor and pulse until pureed.
