Ingredients for Apricot Fruit Flip   (Click here for measurement conversion)

1 (12 ounce) can Apricot Nectar

1 medium Ripe Banana

1/4 cup non-fat powdered Milk

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 Tablespoon Honey

1 teaspoon grated fresh Lemon Rind

Ice cubes

Method for making Apricot Fruit Flip

Combine all ingredients, except ice cubes, in container of an electric blender. Add enough ice cubes to measure 4 cups; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
