1/3 cup Oatmeal

5 Tablespoons non-fat Vanilla Yogurt

1/2 frozen Banana

6 frozen Strawberries

1/2 cup Apple Juice

Ice cubes

Method for making Applenannaberry Smoothie

Blend all ingredients till desired consistancy.
