3 Apples, peeled
1 cup Apple Juice
1 cup Milk
1 cup plain Yogurt
3 Tablespoons Honey

Method for making Apple Yogurt Shake
|
|
Cut apples into quarters. Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Put all ingredients in a blender and puree. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
