3 lbs Apples

1 gallon boiling Water

1 lb Sugar

1 ounce Raisins

Method for making Apple Cider

Cut apples into pieces, skins and cores. Add sugar and raisins. Cover with boiling water. Allow to stand for 4 days. Strain and bottle. Tie corks down.
