Ingredients for Apple Apricot Smoothie   (Click here for measurement conversion)

1 Apple, golden delicious peeled, cored and chopped

1 cup Apple Juice

4 Apricots, fresh,pitted skin optional

1 Banana, peeled

3/4 cup low-fat plain Yogurt

10-12 Ice cubes

1 Tablespoon Honey

Method for making Apple Apricot Smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
