Anytime Smoothie


Features of Anytime Smoothie

Served as drinks. Vegetarian dish. Speciality: Low Fat, Low Sodium, Low Cholesterol, Low Sat. Fat, Low Calorie diet.

Ingredients for Anytime Smoothie   (Click here for measurement conversion)

1 cup plain nonfat Yogurt or nonfat Vanilla Yogurt

6 medium Strawberries

1 cup canned crushed Pineapple with Juice

1 medium Banana

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

4 Ice cubes

Method for making Anytime Smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
