16 ounces Sour Cream

1/3 cup seedless Raspberry jam

1 Tablespoon Honey

1/4 teaspoon grated Lime rind

1 teaspoon Lime juice (optional)

Method for making Berry Delight Fruit Dip

In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, jam, honey, lime rind and optional lime juice. Mix well, cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit.
