Ingredients for Awesome White Pizza Dip (Click here for measurement conversion)

1 cup low-fat Sour Cream (do not use fat free)

1 cup part-skim Ricotta Cheese (do not use fat free)

1 cup shredded reduced-fat Mozzarella Cheese (do not use fat free)

1 (6 ounce) package Herb with Garlic Soup mix

1/8 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Method for making Awesome White Pizza Dip

Mix all ingredients well. Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350* for 25 - 30 minutes. Serve with sliced italian bread or soft italian breadsticks.
