Ingredients for Artichoke And Tarragon Dip   (Click here for measurement conversion)

12 ounces canned marinated Artichoke Hearts, coarsely chopped

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese

3 Tablespoons chopped fresh Tarragon or 1 Tablespoon dried Tarragon

Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper

Method for making Artichoke And Tarragon Dip

Combine all ingredients and place in a 3-cup ovenproof baking dish or casserole. Bake in a preheated 350F oven until heated through, about 30 minutes. Serve with raw vegetables, chips, or crackers.
