1/2 cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Milk
1 large Egg
1 1/2 Tablespoons Cognac
3 Tablespoons Sugar
3 1/2 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
1/2 lb Apricots, fresh or canned,sliced 1/4 inch thick
Icing Sugar

Method for making Apricot Clafouti
|
|
With a whisk, blend milk, egg, Cognac and sugar until combined. Add flour and blend until smooth. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange apricots in a buttered 3 cup shallow baking dish. Pour custard mixture over and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and puffed. Let cool for 5 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and serve warm.
