Ambrosia


Features of Ambrosia

Served as dessert. Vegetarian dish. Speciality: Occasion - Dinner Party or Brunch. It is Low Sodium, Low Calorie, Low Protein diet.

Ingredients for Ambrosia   (Click here for measurement conversion)

6 cups halved Orange sections, seeds and membranes removed

3 cups fresh Pineapple, chopped

3 cups fresh Coconut, shredded

1 1/2 cups Maraschino Cherries, halved, drained, and rinsed

3/4 cup Pecans, chopped

Powdered Sugar, to taste

Method for making Ambrosia

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover. Refrigerate.
