84 Andes Mints Candies
3/4 cup Margarine
1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar, packed
2 Tablespoons Water
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
2 large Eggs
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda

Method for making Andes Mint Chocolate Cookies
|
|
Unwrap mints and set aside. In saucepan, heat and mix margarine, sugar, and water (low heat). Add chocolate chips and stir to partially melt. Remove from heat and stir till melted. Pour into bowl and let cool for 10 minutes. Beat in eggs at high speed. Add remaining ingredients and beat. Chill dough in fridge for about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with foil. Roll dough into small balls. Bake approximately 10 minutes. Place a mint on each cookies as you remove them from the oven and spread. Refrigerate to harden chocolate
