1/2 ounce Orange Curacao
3 ounces Half-and-half
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
2 teaspoons superfine Sugar
3 drops Orange Flower Water
Ground Nutmeg

Method for making Alto Mira Special Ramaos Fizz
|
|
Place all ingredents except nutmeg,with 1/4 cup crushed ice in blender. Blend until smooth. Strain into tall glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
