3 1/2 ounces Gin
1 Egg White
1/2 Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons Sugar
3 drops Orange Flower Water
1/2 ounce Orange Curacao
3 ounces Half-and-half
|

Method for making Alta Mire Gin Fizz
|
|
Place all ingredients in a blender with small amount of crushed ice. Blend. Strain into a tall glass and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
