2 lbs Chicken leg quarters (just thighs are okay, too)
3 Tablespoons minced Garlic
4 Tablespoons dried, chopped Onion
Heavy pinch of Salt

Method for making Easy Crock-Pot Chicken
|

Easy Crock-Pot Chicken (All amounts are approximate) 2 lbs chicken leg quarters (just thighs are okay, too) 3 T minced garlic 4 T dried, chopped onion Heavy pinch of salt Put garlic in bottom of crock pot Place chicken on top Sprinkle with salt Layer heavily with onion-- try to cover the whole upper surface of the meat Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours. (I usually do this with frozen chicken-- almost no chance of bacteria that way!)
