Ingredients for Chicken Pate   (Click here for measurement conversion)

Chicken breasts - 3, boneless and skinless

Onions - 0.5 cup, finely chopped

Whipped cream cheese - 1

mayonaise - 0.25 cup

paprika - 0.5 teaspoon

sherry - 0.25 cup

Cayenne pepper - 0.5 teaspoon

Lemon juice - squeezed from 1 lemon

Method for making Chicken Pate

Cook chicken breasts in boiling water for 30 - 45 minutes. Leave them aside to cool down. Slice the chicken into cubes. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Grease the inside of a small loaf pan. Place mixture into the pan. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Serve with crackers.
